The 2015 International Conference on Cloud Computing and Big Data (CCBD2015) was held successfully in ECNU from November 4th to 6th. The Conference was hosted by Chinese Institute of Electronics, undertook by East China Normal University and Chinese Institute of Electronics, offered technical support by IEEE Computer Society and co-organized by Cloud Computing Association in Taiwan. At the conference, Academician Jifeng HE acted as the honorary chairman and Professor Yixiang Chen, the director of MOE Engineering Research Center of software and hardware co-design and Application, acted as the organization chairman. Academician jifeng He, dean of the School of Computer Science and Software Engineering (SCSSE), as well as Professor Changbo Wang, executive vice dean of SCSSE and Professor Xiaoling Wang, vice dean of SCSSE attended the conference.

Famous scholars from the field of information and technology from all over the world presented at the conference. 

Participants shared the ideas of technological trends and practical experience in cloud computing and big data. The conference mainly discussed the following aspects: Architecture& Foundation of Cloud Computing and Big Data, Software Engineering, Tools& Services for Cloud Computing and Big Data, Software as a Service, Big Data Analytics, Modeling and Applications, Security, Privacy, Trust &Quality of Cloud Computing and Big Data, Cloud and Context for Business Process Management and Big Data Applications, Mobile/IOT and Smart City, Social Networking, Software Defined Everything (SDX), which built a bridge for the exchanges and cooperation in cloud computing and big data.
