The School of Computer Science and Software Engineering Successfully Hosted the Third National Summer Robot Operating System (ROS) and Its Application School.

The 2017 Robotic Operating System (ROS) and its Applications Summer School, hosted by the Intelligent Robotics and Vision Laboratory of the School of Computer Science and Software Engineering, East China Normal University, was held on July 22, 2017. Up to July 22, a total of 175 teachers, graduate students, doctoral students from 85 universities and research institutes , and more than 30 engineerers from robotic companies participated in this summer school. 

 

The event consists of four main themes:

(1) ROS development framework;

(2) Vision technology and SLAM;

(3) ROS-Industrial;

(4) Robot Challenge;
